We print on all sizes of envelopes from small A-2 announcement envelopes up to #15-1/2 catalog envelopes!

Here, we showcase our standard #10 business envelopes, but if you need something different, please contact us via a custom quote with your specific envelope requirements.

We print in either 4-color process (full color), or spot color (1 or 2 colors).

Spot color printing utilizes colored ink(s), which are specified by a Pantone number, and specially separated and identified in your print file.

Product Size:

9.5" x 4.125" (standard #10 commercial envelope)

Paper:

24 lb. white wove with diagonal seams and v-flap. With or without a standard left window.

Color: 

• Full color on one side (4/0) with 1/2" minimum margin on top edge.
• 1 color on one side (1/0) with 3/8" minimum margin on left or right edge.
• 2 colors on one side (2/0) with 3/8" minimum margin on left or right edge.

Full color both sides, square flap, and/or bleeds (as shown in the above picture) are priced by custom quote.

Turnaround:

5 business days for quantities <20,000, and are subject to availability.

1) Choose your Product

Select a product by clicking on the product name. Fill out the product details: project title, quantity, paper, bindery details, etc. and proceed to file upload area to upload your files.

2) Upload files

After you upload the files please click on the Continue button to add the product into the shopping cart. Choose the turnaround time and proceed to checkout.

3) Checkout

Select your payment method and shipping address. Click Continue to review your order. Click on Submit to finish. Your credit card will be charged and we will email you your invoice immediately.
